課程概述

A major challenge in biomedical engineering is the immense scope of biomedically relevant problems, which range from the molecular scale to the macroscopic scale. Bioengineering problems can be effectively treated through the use of the modeling techniques and mathematical tools. These tools and techniques will be introduced as several modules in the course. 

課程目標
 This course is intended to introduce students to some of the mathematics and mathematical modeling techniques employed by biomedical engineers.

 Prerequisite: Calculus, Advanced Engineering Mathematics (1).
